swathipam IPL 2023 is called IPL 16 since it is the sixteenth season of the IPL matches. In IPL, t20 matches are played and this is established by BCCI (Board of Control for Cricket India). IPL 2023 started on 31-march-2023 and the final match will be on 28 May 2023. A total of ten teams will play the IPL this year as Lucknow and Gujarat teams have been included. Together with the final match, 74 matches will be played in total. 14 matches will be played by each team in this Ipl. Out of these 14 matches, 7 will be played on their own home pitch and the remaining 7 will be played on the home pitch of the opponent.

IPL 2023 schedule
On 31st March, Gujarat Titans and Chennai super kings played against each other. Chennai super kings scored 178/7 and Gujarat Titans scored 182/5. Correspondingly Gujarat Titans won by 5 wickets
On 1st April, there were two matches. One match had Punjab Kings against Kolkata Knight Riders. Punjab Kings scored 191/5 and Kolkata knight riders scored 146/7. Correspondingly by 7 runs, Punjab Kings won but by the DLS method. Another match had Lucknow super giants against Delhi Capitals. Lucknow super giants scored 193/6 and Delhi Capitals scored 143/9. On 2nd April, one match had Rajasthan royals against Sunrisers Hyderabad. Rajasthan Royals scored 203/5 and Sunrisers Hyderabad scored 131/8. Correspondingly Rajasthan Royals won by 72 runs. Another match had Mumbai Indians against Royal challengers Bangalore. Mumbai Indians scored 171/7 and Royal challengers Bangalore scored 172/2. Correspondingly with 8 wickets and 22 balls remaining RCB won.
On 3rd April, Chennai super kings and Lucknow Super Giants played against each other. CSK scored 217/7 and LSG scored 205/7. Correspondingly CSK won by 12 runs.
On 4th April, Delhi Capitals and Gujarat Titans played against each other. Delhi Capitals scored 162/8 and Gujarat Titans scored 163/4. Correspondingly Gujarat Titans won by wickets with 11 balls remaining.
On the 5th of April, Punjab kings and Rajasthan royals played against each other. Punjab kings scored 197/4, and Rajasthan royals scored 192/7. Correspondingly Punjab Kings won by 5 runs.
On 6th April, Kolkata knight riders and Royal challengers Bangalore played against each other. Kolkata knight riders scored 204/7 and Royal Challengers scored 123. Correspondingly KKR won by 81 runs.
On 7th April, Sunrisers Hyderabad and Lucknow Super Giants played against each other. Sunrisers Hyderabad scored 121/8 and Lucknow Super Giants scored 127/5. Correspondingly with 5 wickets and 24 balls remaining, Lucknow Super Giants won.
